  • Quotes reflect yard size, dog count, visit frequency, and whether an initial cleanup is needed. Add‑ons (like deodorizing) are priced per visit.

  • If accumulation is above normal (first visit or after a pause), we perform a one‑time deep scoop so ongoing visits stay quick and cost‑effective.

  • Yes—service runs year‑round. We work in light rain; heavy storms/unsafe conditions move you to the next available service day.

  • Nope—as long as we have access instructions (gate code/lock notes).

  • If they’re friendly with visitors, sure. For anxious/protective pups, please bring them inside or to a separate area during service.

  • We run on a monthly subscription billed on the 1st of each month for that month’s visits. Add a card on file for autopay and you’ll receive emailed receipts automatically. Starting mid‑month? We’ll prorate from your first visit through month‑end (initial cleanups are billed separately). Credits and promos apply automatically to eligible invoices.
