Waste Wranglers Residential Service Terms & Conditions

By signing up for services with Waste Wranglers (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We offer dog waste removal on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time schedules.
Deodorizing spray may be added as an optional service.
Standard service includes bagging waste and placing it in the customer’s outdoor trash bin. Haul-away is available for an additional fee.
2. First-Time Cleanups
Initial visits may incur an additional charge if waste buildup is excessive. This ensures the yard is restored to a baseline for ongoing service.
3. Access to Property
Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to the yard during the scheduled service window.
Locked or blocked gates may result in a skipped service, billed at the regular rate.
4. Pets on Premises
We love dogs! Friendly pets may remain in the yard during service.
If a pet is aggressive or prevents safe entry, we may reschedule or skip the visit, which may still be billed.
5. Weather Policy
Service continues in light rain.
Severe weather (storms, high winds, unsafe conditions) may result in rescheduling at our discretion.
6. Payment & Billing
All payments are due according to the plan selected.
Invoices are typically sent monthly unless otherwise arranged.
Missed or late payments may result in service suspension until the account is current.
7. Cancellations & Skipped Visits
Customers may cancel recurring service with 7 days’ notice.
Skipped visits requested with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be billed.
8. Liability
Waste Wranglers is not responsible for damage caused by normal yard conditions (e.g., unmarked holes, unstable fencing, landscaping hazards).
Customer is responsible for maintaining safe yard access.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a visit, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
